Eligible Checks means checks as defined by Regulation CC and does not include Ineligible Items (defined below).

Eligible Checks are defined as those checks appearing on their face to be drafted on Customer’s Account and presented to the Bank through in clearings and at one of the Bank’s branches.

Examples of Eligible Checks in a sentence

  • You may only use the Service to scan and transmit Eligible Checks made payable solely to you and which are properly endorsed by you.

  • You may only use the Mobile Deposit Service to scan and transmit Eligible Checks made payable solely to you and which are properly endorsed by you.

  • Only images of Eligible Checks may be submitted as Payments through the RPC Service.

  • If you elect to use our RPC service, you agree: • Eligible Checks.

  • The Bank will pay Eligible Checks that exactly match the information in the Issued Checks File without further inspection.

  • As Eligible Checks are presented to the Bank for payment, the check number and dollar amount will automatically be compared to information in the Issued Checks File.

  • Eligible Checks are checks drawn on U.S. domiciled financial institutions in U.S. dollars that are: • payroll checks; • insurance agency checks; • cashier’s checks; • money orders; • rebate checks; • stock dividend checks; • checks issued by a business to you; • tax refund checks; • federal, state and municipal government checks; and • personal checks.

  • If we, in our sole discretion, make the Mobile Deposit Service available to you, you can use the Mobile Deposit Service to capture images of Eligible Checks (as defined below) and then transmit those images and other data to us electronically for deposit to your primary account.

  • You agree to only image and deposit original checks, as defined in Regulation CC and Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act ("Eligible Checks"), which are properly payable to the owner of the account and contain the drawer's signature.

  • Eligible Checks are checks drawn on U.S. financial institutions in U.S. dollars that are: • payroll checks; • insurance agency checks; • cashier’s checks; • money orders; • rebate checks; • stock dividend checks; • checks issued by a business to you; • tax refund checks; • federal, state and municipal government checks; and • personal checks.
