Eligible Claim definition

Eligible Claim means collectively the Existing Credit Agreement Claims, Surety Claims, Convenience Claims, General Unsecured Claims and Litigation Claims, holders of which are entitled to vote under Article VIII of the Plan and section 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code to accept or reject the Plan.
Eligible Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.
