Eligible casual employee means a casual employee employed during a period of at least 12 months, either:

(ii) less than twelve (12) months, provided that the employee has undertaken a previous engagement with the employer, and

(B) there was not more than three (3) months break between the two engagements; and
(C) the length of the two engagements is at least twelve (12) months.

(i) who has been employed by us on a regular and systematic basis for a sequence of periods of employment during a period of at least 12 months; and
(ii) who, but for the pregnancy or the decision to adopt, would have a reasonable expectation of continuing engagement on a regular and systematic basis.
