Eligible Collateral Schedule definition

Eligible Collateral Schedule has the meaning specified in Section 3.4. Eligible PPIF Borrower means a financing subsidiary of a Public-Private Investment Fund established pursuant to the Legacy Securities Public-Private Investment Program that satisfies the criteria set forth in the TALF Standing Loan Facility Procedures applicable to “Eligible PPIF Borrowers”.
Eligible Collateral Schedule means a schedule provided by the Borrower to the Lender under clause 8.

Examples of Eligible Collateral Schedule in a sentence

  • Such Eligible Collateral Schedule shall, at a minimum, include (i) the CUSIP or other unique identifying number of each Item of Eligible Collateral, (ii) a description thereof, (iii) the principal amount thereof, (iv) the Haircut Amount applicable thereto as of such Business Day and (v) the Collateral Value applicable thereto as of such Business Day.

  • It is understood and agreed that the Eligible Collateral Schedule (as defined below) shall not include any assets with respect to which (i) Offering Materials shall not have been delivered to Custodian and (ii) an Auditor Attestation and an Indemnity Undertaking shall not have been delivered to Lender, in each case prior to 5:00 p.m. on the fourth Business Day prior to the scheduled Loan Closing Date.

  • With respect to Expected ABS Collateral that is Legacy CMBS Collateral, it is understood and agreed that the Eligible Collateral Schedule shall not include any assets with respect to which the Sales Confirmation has not been delivered to Lender and Custodian in accordance with the first paragraph of this Section 3.3.

Related to Eligible Collateral Schedule

  • Eligible Collateral means, with respect to a party, the items, if any, specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.

  • Acceptable Collateral means the following assets of Borrowers, as long as such assets are (x) held in the Collateral Accounts, (y) subject to a first priority Lien in favor of the relevant Applicable Lender and not subject to any other Lien (other than Permitted Liens), and (z) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:

  • Collateral Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Collateral Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Collateral Interest Holder prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Collateral Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(c), minus (d) the aggregate amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08 allocable to the Collateral Invested Amount, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Collateral Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsections 4.06(a) and (b), and plus (f) the amount allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(i), for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Collateral Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • S&P Collateral Value With respect to any Defaulted Obligation or Long Dated Obligation, the lesser of (i) the S&P Recovery Amount of such Defaulted Obligation or Long Dated Obligation, as applicable, as of the relevant Measurement Date and (ii) the Market Value of such Defaulted Obligation or Long Dated Obligation, as applicable, as of the relevant Measurement Date.

  • Original Collateral Sale Date means 8 December 2020.
