Eligible Faculty definition

Eligible Faculty means a professor from a university and/or research institute of the Recipient eligible to benefit from a Postgraduate Equity and Competitiveness Scholarship (as hereinafter defined), in accordance with the provisions of the Operational Manual (as hereinafter defined), and the provisions of paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement.
Eligible Faculty means all Full-Time Tenured Faculty who are projected to have 10 years of Continuous Service at the University as of the later of August 31, 2018 or the last day of the Academic Year that ends immediately prior to the commencement of the phased retirement period, and whose Age plus Years of Service at the University as of that date is projected to total or exceed75. Full-Time Tenured Faculty holding chair, dean or other administrative positions must resign from their administrative positions on a date to be determined by their supervisor, which shall be no later than the date on which they retire from their Full-Time Tenured Faculty positions. Faculty on sabbatical, short-term disability and other University-approved leaves of absence who are expected to return to their regular duties at the University will be eligible if they satisfy the requirements described in Part II above. Faculty on a long-term disability leave of absence will not be eligible. Faculty members who have signed individual separation agreements with the University, pursuant to which a phased retirement period began before July 1, 2018, also are ineligible for the Option.

Eligible Faculty means any probationary or tenured professional stream faculty member whose home unit is SHRM, whose normal teaching load is 2.5 FCE or higher, and who does not already have another research related teaching load reduction for the year in which a Research-Based Teaching Load Reduction release is sought.   • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Eligibility Requirement means all eligibility requirements and other qualification requirements for a person to act in the applicable Corporate Trust Capacity under any Appointment as set forth in the related Corporate Trust Contract, including any required authorizations or licenses from the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, the Government National Mortgage Association, the Federal Housing Administration, the Federal Home Loan Bank or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
