Eligible GEMT Provider definition

Eligible GEMT Provider means a provider who is eligible to receive supplemental reimbursement because it meets all of the following requirements continuously during the claiming period:
Eligible GEMT Provider means a GEMT provider that meets all the eligibility requirements described in OAR 410-136-3370(3);¶
Eligible GEMT Provider means a GEMT provider that meets all eligibility requirements in OAC 317:30-5-344 and the Oklahoma Medicaid State Plan (State Plan).

  • The GEMT Provider hereby represents, warrants and covenants that is and at all relevant times will be an Eligible GEMT Provider as that term is defined in the SPA.

Eligible GEMT Provider means a provider who is eligible to receive supplemental payments under this Supplement because it meets the following requirements continuously during the claiming period:

  • Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.

  • Program Support Provider means and includes with respect to each Conduit Purchaser any Liquidity Provider and any other Person (other than any customer of such Conduit Purchaser) now or hereafter extending credit or having a commitment to extend credit to or for the account of, or to make purchases from, such Conduit Purchaser pursuant to any Program Support Agreement.

  • Independent provider means a self-employed person who provides services for which he or she must be certified in accordance with rule 5123:2-2-01 of the Administrative Code and does not employ, either directly or through contract, anyone else to provide the services.

  • Credit Support Provider has the meaning specified in the Schedule.

  • Acceptable Counterparty means any counterparty to the Interest Rate Cap Agreement that has and shall maintain, until the expiration of the applicable Interest Rate Cap Agreement, a long-term unsecured debt rating of at least “A+” by S&P and “Aa3” from Xxxxx’x, which rating shall not include a “t” or otherwise reflect a termination risk and is otherwise reasonably acceptable to Lender.

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Eligible Country means the countries and territories eligible for participation in procurements.
