Eligible Individuals definition

Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective employees and consultants who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

Eligible Individuals means the individuals described in Section 6 who are eligible for Awards under the Plan.

Eligible Individuals has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

Examples of Eligible Individuals in a sentence

• All expenses incurred and paid by the Assuming Institution (i) in connection with the obligations of the Assuming Institution under this Section 4.12, and (ii) in providing health insurance continuation coverage to any Eligible Individuals who are hired by the Assuming Institution and such employees’ Qualified Beneficiaries shall be borne by the Assuming Institution.

• The Assuming Institution shall take such further action to assist the Receiver in offering the Eligible Individuals who are Qualified Beneficiaries of the Failed Bank the opportunity to obtain health insurance coverage in the Corporation’s Federal Insurance Administration Continuation Coverage Plan as the Receiver may direct.

• Xxxx Xxxxx Part B Services funded must be allowable per HRSA Xxxx Xxxxx Part B and per the Xxxx Xxxxx HIV/AIDS Program Services: Eligible Individuals and Allowable Uses of Funds Policy Clarification Notice (PCN) #16-02 (Revised 10/22/2018).

• For Eligible Individuals, the Department will pay the RTO Contact Hour Funds at the hourly rate per scheduled hour as identified in Clause 12.6 of this Schedule 1.

• The RTO must report to the Department all fee waivers/exemptions granted to Eligible Individuals in accordance with the fee waiver/exemption reporting requirements outlined in the Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection Guidelines as issued by the Department from time to time.

More Definitions of Eligible Individuals

Eligible Individuals means (i) officers and employees of, and other individuals, including non-employee directors, who are natural persons providing bona fide services to or for, Immunomedics or any of its Subsidiaries, provided that such services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Immunomedics’ securities, and (ii) prospective officers, employees and service providers who have accepted offers of employment or other service relationship from Immunomedics or a Subsidiary.

Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, and employees of the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective directors, officers and employees who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Corporation or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

Eligible Individuals means the individuals described in Section 6 who are eligible for Awards.

Eligible Individuals means officers, employees, directors and consultants of the Company or any of its Affiliates, and prospective employees, directors and consultants who have accepted offers of employment, membership on a board or consultancy from the Company or its Affiliates, who are or will be responsible for or contribute to the management, growth or profitability of the business of the Company or its Affiliates, as determined by the Committee.
