Eligible Individuals definition

Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective employees and consultants who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Eligible Individuals means the individuals described in Section 6 who are eligible for Awards under the Plan.
Eligible Individuals has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

Examples of Eligible Individuals in a sentence

  • All expenses incurred and paid by the Assuming Institution (i) in connection with the obligations of the Assuming Institution under this Section 4.12, and (ii) in providing health insurance continuation coverage to any Eligible Individuals who are hired by the Assuming Institution and such employees’ Qualified Beneficiaries shall be borne by the Assuming Institution.

  • For Eligible Individuals, the Department will pay the RTO Contact Hour Funds at the hourly rate per scheduled hour as identified in Clause 12.6 of this Schedule 1.

Eligible Individuals means (i) officers and employees of, and other individuals, including non-employee directors, who are natural persons providing bona fide services to or for, Immunomedics or any of its Subsidiaries, provided that such services are not in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction and do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Immunomedics’ securities, and (ii) prospective officers, employees and service providers who have accepted offers of employment or other service relationship from Immunomedics or a Subsidiary.
Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, and employees of the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective directors, officers and employees who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Corporation or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
