Eligible institution of higher education definition

Eligible institution of higher education means an institution of higher education (IHE) with a graduate program in school leadership that is registered with the Department.
Eligible institution of higher education means a "state institution of higher education" as defined in section 3345.011 of the Revised Code and a "private college" as defined in section 3365.01 of the Revised Code that is physically located in this state.
Eligible institution of higher education means a state institution of higher education as defined in §18B-1-2 of this code, and any other institution of higher education in this state, public or private, approved by the senior administrator: Provided, That if any institution listed in this paragraph is not regionally accredited, it shall not be included as an eligible institution.
