Eligible Inventory Sublimit definition

Eligible Inventory Sublimit means the sublimit for the Eligible Inventory component of the Borrowing Base, as determined by Agent and the Required Revolving Lenders in their Permitted Discretion.

Eligible Inventory Sublimit means a sublimit established by the Lender, in its sole discretion, from time to time to limit the maximum amount of the Revolving Credit Loans which may be made based on the Eligible Inventory.
