  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 4.10, money in the Special Funds shall be invested and reinvested by the Trustee in Eligible Investments at the written direction of an Authorized Borrower Representative, and money in the Rebate Fund shall be invested and reinvested by the Trustee as provided in the Tax Exemption Agreement.
