Eligible marina definition
Eligible marina means a privately owned, commercial facility in this state that meets all of the following requirements:

Usable marijuana means the dried leaves and flowers of marijuana, and any mixture or preparation thereof, and does not include the seeds, stalks, and roots of the plant.
Original Term Loans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.27(c)(iv).
Additional Revolving Facility means any revolving credit facility added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c)(ii).
Total Utilization of Revolving Loan Commitments means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans plus (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Swing Line Loans plus (iii) the Letter of Credit Usage.
Extended Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).
