Eligible renewable definition

Eligible renewable means eligible renewable as defined in section 1391 of this article.
Eligible renewable means electrical generation from a facility that is certified pursuant to the Renewables Portfolio Standard Program (Article 16 (commencing with Section 399.11)) of the Public Utilities Code., and uses one of the following fuel types:

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
