The Solar Facility will be an Eligible renewable energy resource under the California Renewables Portfolio Standard Program.
Eligible renewable energy systems are any technology that exclusively relies on an energy source that is naturally regenerated over a short time and derived directly from the sun, from wind, or from moving water or other natural movements and mechanisms of the environment.
Eligible renewable energy suppliers may apply for one or more of the standard contracts in the following two (2) categories (“Renewables Standard Contracts”): • Not Greater than 5 MW Renewables Standard Contract (“RSC5”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.1. • Not Greater than 20 MW Renewables Standard Contract (“RSC20”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.2.
