Eligible Resources definition

Eligible Resources means resources eligible to participate in this RFP (as further described in Section 1.9 of the Main Body).
Eligible Resources means the resources from which under the law from time to time an Eligible Resident is entitled to make payments towards the difference between the Expected Cost and the Provider’s Price
Eligible Resources means resources eligible to participate in this RFP, as established by and set forth in the LPSC’s Pilot Program and approved LPSC Implementation Plan (each as defined in Section 1.2 of the main body of this RFP).

Examples of Eligible Resources in a sentence

  • Some Eligible Resources may be made available to you remotely through the Internet providing access to (i) functionality of programs, services and (ii) infrastructure and includes related offering materials as part of the remote offering.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the offer description, this Agreement and your access to, and use of, Eligible Resources will expire on the earlier of (i) August 31 following the date of your acceptance of this Agreement; or (ii) the date you cease to qualify for participation as outlined in this Agreement.

  • If the Bidder cannot demonstrate to the Company’s reasonable satisfaction that the Bidder possesses the requisite expertise and experience in providing or operating the Eligible Resources, proposed by the Bidder, the company, after consulting with the IE, reserves the right to exclude the Bidder from the RFP process.

  • IBM makes programs, versions, releases, and updates of such Eligible Resources available to you as downloads, promotional codes or other distribution methods.

  • Only Registered Educators may make copies, including backup copies, to support the level of use authorized, provided that the copyright notices and any other legends of ownership are reproduced on each copy or partial copy of the Eligible Resources.

  • IBM provides Eligible Resources under this Agreement at no charge.

  • For example, don’t interfere with our Eligible Resources or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that IBM provides.

  • If any authority imposes a duty, tax, levy or fee, excluding those based on IBM’s net income, upon Eligible Resources supplied by IBM under this Agreement, then you agree to pay that amount as IBM or IBM authorized partner/agency specifies in an invoice or equivalent document or supply exemption documentation.

  • However, if you require programs, versions, releases, or updates of such Eligible Resources or that are available in digital media (including public, private or hybrid clouds), IBM may provide it to you for a charge.

  • IBM does NOT provide support or maintenance for any Eligible Resources provided through this Agreement.


More Definitions of Eligible Resources

Eligible Resources means Eligible Long-Term RFP Resources and/or Eligible Limited-Term RFP Resources, as the context requires.

Related to Eligible Resources

  • Flexible Resource means a generating resource that must have a combined Start-up Time and Notification Time of less than or equal to two hours; and a Minimum Run Time of less than or equal to two hours. “Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and/or scheduled between specified Points of Receipt and Delivery pursuant to Tariff, Part II.

  • Eligible resident means an individual or family who resided in a disaster-affected home at the time of the natural disasters of 2008 and who:

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Available resources means funds appropriated for the

  • Renewable Resources means one of the following sources of energy: solar, wind, tidal, geothermal, biomass, hydroelectric facilities or digester gas.
