Eligible Settlement Class Member definition

Eligible Settlement Class Member means a Settlement Class Member who timely submits a complete and accurate Claim Form or on whose behalf such a Claim Form has been submitted to the Claims Administrator, pursuant to Section III.D.
Eligible Settlement Class Member means each of the Settlement Class Members entitled to receive a Distribution Check pursuant to the Plan of Allocation.
Eligible Settlement Class Member means any and all current and former employees employed by Defendant in the position of AGM, however variously titled, in the Relevant Period, as defined below.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount the Company may be required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000), excluding any of the Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Purchase Contract Settlement Fund has the meaning specified in Section 5.5.

  • Structured settlement annuity means an annuity purchased in order to fund periodic payments for a plaintiff or other claimant in payment for or with respect to personal injury suffered by the plaintiff or other claimant.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund, plus accrued interest, less any award of attorneys’ fees or reimbursement of expenses and less applicable taxes, tax preparation expenses, and costs of notice and administration, that may be awarded or approved by the Court.

  • Settlement Fund means the Settlement Amount plus any and all interest earned thereon.

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.
