In the event that the amount of any redistribution per Paragraph 89 above would total less than Five Dollars ($5.00) per Eligible Settlement Class Member, then the remainder of the Settlement Fund (less costs of settlement administration) will be paid to the following 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3) non-profit organization: the Center for Responsible Lending.
