Eligible Surface Products means the applicable Surface Pro, Surface Laptop, Surface Book, Surface Go, and Surface Hub SKUs (collectively, the “Eligible Surface Products”) as described in the table in Section 2 below, and subject to availability.

Related to Eligible Surface Products

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Vapor product means any:

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Manufactured or “Manufacturing” means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.

  • Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
