Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) definition

Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) means a statewide compilation of providers that are approved to provide training services via an Individual Training Account as defined in the WIOA.
Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) means a statewide or local compilation of Eligible Training Providers and approved Programs of Training Services as prescribed in 20 CFR 680.420.

  • Failure to do so will result in the Training Institution being removed from the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) for CSPH.

  • Referrals may also be made to the following: • Employment Services for individuals who are job ready and seeking placement with employers for individuals, including resume and application assistance • Adult and Dislocated Worker programs for individuals seeking training and skill development, including on-the-job training (OJT) and programs on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) • Youth program for eligible youth up to the age of 24 who need the 14 youth elements.

  • Once on the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), providers must submit “Continued Eligibility” applications every two years to maintain their eligibility.
