Eligible Water System definition

Eligible Water System means any community drinking water system, either privately or publicly owned; and nonprofit noncommunity water systems.
Eligible Water System means any community drinking water system owned by a political subdivision of the State.

Related to Eligible Water System

  • Public water system means a system for the provision of water for human consumption through pipes or other constructed conveyances that has 15 or more service connections or regularly serves at least 25 individuals daily at least 60 days out of the year.

  • Potable water means water that is fit for human consumption;

  • Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;
