Elite Products definition
Elite Products means products of any kind, including flower, oils and extracts, that are comprised of or include any Elite Cultivar or plant material of any Elite Cultivar.

Elite Business Strategies, LLC, d/b/a my Elite Products, agrees to be bound by and fully perform all obligations, duties, and responsibilities, and to abide by all terms and conditions specified in the Contract as applicable to Elite Office and Business Solutions.
Following the effective date of this Amendment, the term “Contractor” as used in the Contract shall refer to Elite Business Strategies, LLC, d/b/a my Elite Products.
Licensor Controls all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Elite Cultivars and Elite Products (the “Elite IP”).
