EMC MARKET VALUE definition
EMC MARKET VALUE means the average of (i) the closing price quoted on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or, (ii) if EMC's Common Stock is not then listed, the closing price on the principal exchange upon which EMC's Common Stock is listed or the Nasdaq Stock Market (National Market), whichever is applicable, as published in the Western Edition of The Wall Street Journal, for the five (5) trading days prior to the date of determination of the EMC Market Value.
