Emerald Card definition

Emerald Card means the H&R Block Emerald Prepaid Mastercard®, a reloadable, general-purpose debit card associated with a Cardholder Account offered by Meta to HRB Customers under the Program (including any Emerald Cards with respect to which Meta assumed the deposit liabilities from Axos pursuant to the Purchase Agreement), as further described in Schedule A (Prepaid Products Product Schedule).
Emerald Card means a reloadable, general purpose debit card associated with a demand deposit account offered by Bank toCompany Customers under the Program as further described in Schedule A (Prepaid Products Product Schedule).

Related to Emerald Card

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Child care center means an entity that regularly provides child day care and early learning services for a group of children for periods of less than twenty-four hours licensed by the Washington state department of early learning under chapter 170-295 WAC.

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Card means any card or other account access device we issue for the purpose of accessing your account.

  • child care centre means a building used for the daily accommodation and care of 6 or more children under 18 years of age in the absence of their parents or guardians;

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating phar- macy, that provides centralized prescription filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Modern Slavery has the meaning given to that term or, if “Modern Slavery” is not used, similar terms (such as forced labor), in the Modern Slavery Laws. Seller confirms that it does not use any Forced Labor, it conducts its business in compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and it is not subject to any investigation, enforcement or conviction involving Modern Slavery. Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of any actual or suspected breaches by Seller or its Subcontractors of the applicable Modern Slavery Laws, and Seller agrees to provide Buyer immediately upon request any information and assistance that Buyer may require for compliance with the applicable Modern Slavery Laws.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • Child care means continuous care and supervision of five or more qualifying children that is:

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.

  • ABC means ABC, Inc., a New York corporation and a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Borrower, or any successor thereto.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • PCI means payment card information including any data related to credit card holders’ names, credit card numbers, or the other credit card information as may be protected by state or federal law.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • Xxxxxxx Mac The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, or any successor thereto.

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Retail pharmacy means a pharmaceutical facility dispensing prescription drugs and devices to the general public.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,

  • CCS means a method of exchanging call set up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the Public Switched Network that carries the actual call. Signaling System 7 ("SS7") is currently the preferred CCS method. "Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act" or "CALEA" refers to the duties and obligations of Carriers to assist law enforcement agencies by intercepting communications and records, and installing pen registers and trap and trace devices. "Competitive Local Exchange Carrier" or "CLEC" refers to a Party that has submitted a request, pursuant to this Agreement, to obtain Interconnection, access to Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, or resale of Telecommunications Services. CLEC is an entity authorized to provide local Exchange Service that does not otherwise qualify as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC).
