Emergency Call Service definition

Emergency Call Service has the meaning given to that term in clause 1.1 of Schedule 4A;
Emergency Call Service means a service for:
Emergency Call Service means the acceptance by FSMTC of all calls handed over from the iBoom! network to the FSMTC network at the Point of Interconnection for which an emergency service number is provided, and delivery by FSMTC of that call to the emergency service provider to which that call is directed (at no lesser quality than it provides to its own customers);

Examples of Emergency Call Service in a sentence

  • How-to activate: The Emergency Call Service is already activated when the vehicle is handed over to the customer.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall pay SingTel the Charges as specified in Schedule 9 for ceasing the supply of the Emergency Call Service in respect of that Call Type.

  • Your purchased Emergency Call Service is available in the country in which it has been activated.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Emergency Call Service is not provided for termination of Calls to Third Party Networks.

  • No act or omissions of any current or prior beneficiary of a Letter of Credit shall in any way affect or impair the rights of the Credit-Linked Issuing Lender and the Lenders to enforce any right, power or benefit under this Credit Agreement.

  • In the event that the Requesting Licensee no longer provides and maintains sufficient Dedicated Emergency Call Interconnection Links for the conveyance of Emergency Calls, SingTel shall cease to supply the Emergency Call Service for all Call Type(s) implemented pursuant to this Schedule.

  • If compatible spectrum (3G or 4G depending on the production date and specification of the relevant vehicle model) is not available, the Emergency Call Service will not function.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall be liable for the costs incurred by SingTel for the cessation in accordance with the Charges as specified in Schedule 9 for ceasing the supply of the Emergency Call Service.

  • The Emergency Call Service provides access to a doctor 24 hours a day.

  • For the Emergency Call Service, there are no system prerequisites, however the Emergency Call Service relies on the availability of compatible telecommunications spectrum and will not function in its absence.
