Agency provider means an entity that directly employs at least one person in addition to the chief executive officer for the purpose of providing services for which the entity must be certified in accordance with rule 5123:2-2-01 of the Administrative Code.
Emergency procurement means an acquisition resulting from an emergency need.
Emergency vehicle means emergency vehicles of municipal, township or county departments or public utility corporations when identified as such as required by law, the Ohio Director of Public Safety or local authorities, and motor vehicles when commandeered by a police officer. (ORC 4511.01(D))
Policy Provider means MBIA Insurance Corporation, or any successor thereto.

Emergency medical services provider means a person who has received formal training in prehospital and emergency care, and is licensed to attend any person who is ill or injured or who has a disability. Police officers, firefighters, funeral home employees and other persons serving in a dual capacity one of which meets the definition of “emergency medical services provider” are “emergency medical services providers” within the meaning of this chapter.
Emergency service provider means a uniformed or otherwise identified employee or contractor of a fire department, hospital, or police station when that individual is inside the premises and on duty. Emergency service provider also includes a paramedic or an emergency medical technician when either of those individuals is responding to a 9-1-1 emergency call.
Emergency management means lessening the effects of, preparations for, operations during, and recovery from natural, technological or human-caused disasters. These actions are broad in scope and include, but are not limited to: disaster plans, mitigation, preparedness, response, warning, emergency operations, training, exercising, research, rehabilitation, and recovery activities.

Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
Authorized emergency vehicle means any of the following:
Emergency Medical Event means an event wherein an Insured Person’s medical condition and situation are such that, in the opinion of the Company’s affiliate or authorized vendor and the Insured Person’s treating physician, the Insured Person requires urgent medical attention without which there would be a significant risk of death, or serious impairment and adequate medical treatment is not available at the Insured Person’s initial medical facility.
Emergency worker means any person who is registered with a local emergency management organization or the department and holds an identification card issued by the local emergency management director or the department for the purpose of engaging in authorized emergency management activities or is an employee of the state of Washington or any political subdivision thereof who is called upon to perform emergency management activities.

Emergency Service If you are unable to reach Administrator at 877.634.0964 and you require emergency repair, you may contact any manufacturer authorized service repair facility listed in your phone book or online. Mail Administrator your original repair bill along with the technician’s report and a copy of the Agreement to the address at the top of this Agreement for reimbursement. All coverage and exclusions in this Agreement will apply. Wisconsin: ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed. CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: If We cancel this Agreement, We will provide written notice of cancellation, including the effective date of the cancellation and the actual reason for the cancellation, to the last known mailing address at least five (5) days prior to the effective date of the cancellation. Claims paid or the cost of repairs performed shall not be deducted from the amount to be refunded upon cancellation of this Agreement. Failure to furnish such notice or proof within the time required by this Agreement does not invalidate or reduce a claim. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement. If Administrator fails to provide, or reimburse or pay for, a service that is covered under this Agreement within sixty-one (61) days after You provide proof of loss, or if the Administrator becomes insolvent or otherwise financially impaired, You may file a claim directly with the Insurer for reimbursement, payment, or provision of the service. If Your cancellation request is made more than thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, You will receive a pro-rata refund of the Agreement purchase price, less the cost of repairs made (if any), and less an administrative fee to not exceed $50.00 or ten percent (10%) of the purchase price whichever is less.
Correctional institution means a state prison, prison facility, or other prison institution, correctional camp, community corrections center, correctional farm, state reformatory, or probation recovery camp, owned, operated, leased, supervised, or contracted for by this state.
Emergency plan means a document outlining the responsibilities of personnel in an emergency.
the London Emergencies Trust means the company of that name (number 09928465) incorporated on 23rd December 2015 and the registered charity of that name (number 1172307) established on 28th March 2017;
Emergency responder means an individual who is required to possess a license, certificate, permit, or other official recognition for his or her expertise in a particular field or area of knowledge and whose assistance is utilized or is desirable during an emergency. Emergency responder includes, but is not limited to, emergency medical services personnel; physicians; nurses; mental health, veterinary, or other public health practitioners; emergency management personnel; public works personnel; and firefighters, including firefighters trained in the areas of hazardous materials, specialized rescue, extrication, water rescue, or other specialized area. Emergency responder does not include law enforcement officers or other law enforcement personnel.
the National Emergencies Trust means the registered charity of that name (number 1182809) established on 28th March 2019;
Emergency Medical Transportation means the transportation, by ambulance, of sick, injured or otherwise incapacitated persons who require emergency medical care.
Emergencies means events or circumstances that pose an immediate risk to persons, property or the environment, including immediate risks to the integrity of the Storage Fa- cility.
