The Officers shall provide a detailed written report to the Board regarding any Emergency Requirements as promptly as practicable following the occurrence of the event or events giving rise thereto specifying the circumstances of such emergency situation and the recommendations of the Officers with respect thereto.
This is an Emergency Requirements Contract and the County’s intent is to order from the Contractor all of the goods or services specified in the contract’s price schedule that are required to be purchased by the County in the event of an emergency.
