Emission limitation definition

Emission limitation means a requirement established by the Board, the director or the Administrator, EPA, which limits the quantity, rate or concentration of emission of air pollutants on a continuous emission reduction including any requirement relating to the operation or maintenance of a source to assure continuous emission reduction (Section 302(k)).
Emission limitation means a requirement established by this Subchapter or a local air quality program certified by the Commission that limits the quantity, rate, or concentration of emissions of air pollutants on a continuous basis, including any requirements that limit the level of opacity, prescribe equipment, set fuel specifications, or prescribe operation or maintenance procedures for a source to assure continuous emission reduction.
Emission limitation means any requirement established by this Article or by state or federal law which limits the quantity, rate, or concentration of emissions, including, but not limited to, any requirement or combination of requirements relating to the operation, maintenance, or design of a source or air pollution control equipment.
