Emissions event definition
Emissions event means an upset event, or unscheduled maintenance, startup, or shutdown activity, from a common cause that results in the unauthorized emissions of air contaminants from one or more emissions points at a regulated entity.
Emissions event means a failure by Chanel to satisfy the Emissions Condition.
Emissions event means any upset event or unscheduled maintenance, startup, or shutdown activity, from a common cause that results in unauthorized emissions of air contaminants from one or more emissions points at a regulated entity as set forth at 30 Tex. Admin. Code § 101.1(28).
