Empaneled Agency means the Successful Bidder who has been duly appointed by JSPCB for preparation of District Environmental Plan (DEP) w.r.t. Hon’ble National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi order dated 15/07/2019 in O.A. No. 710- 713/2017 and includes their employees, agents, consultants or subcontractors.
