Empanelled Hospital definition

Empanelled Hospital means any private institution established for inpatient medical care with sufficient facilities for the disease treatment and surgeries and empanelled under the Scheme by the Insurer as per the Empanelment Guidelines
Empanelled Hospital means a hospital, nursing or maternity home or such other medical service providers in public and private sectors, selected for provision of healthcare services to the beneficiaries and policy holders of the Programme;
Empanelled Hospital means any govt and private institution established for inpatient medical care with sufficient facilities for the disease treatment and surgeries and empanelled under the Scheme by the TPA as per the Empanelment Guidelines.

Examples of Empanelled Hospital in a sentence

  • Insurance Medical Services, may at its discretion and shall always be entirely at the cost of the Empanelled Hospital defend such suit, either jointly with the Hospital or singly in case the latter chooses not to defend the case.

  • WHEAREAS Empanelled Hospital is desirous to join the said Network of “Empanelled Hospitals” and is willing to extend medical facilities / inpatient hospitalization benefits and treatment relating to the ailments to Members as per Mediclaim / Mediclaim Package covered under various healthcare management plan on the agreed terms and conditions.

  • Empanelled Hospital confirmed and declares that, they have all the Medical, Non‐ Medical approvals, authorizations, registrations, licenses required as per relevant applicable law and also have adequate Infrastructure, Para‐Medical and Medical Staff with adequate knowledge & experience to provide the Medical services of the highest level to the member Patients in a reliable and professional manner.

  • The Collection Kit/s will be available for the Client at the LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic.

  • Upon payment of the applicable fees, the Client's Caregiver at the LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic would assist to facilitate for the collection, preparation and labeling of the Maternal Blood and the Umbilical Cord Blood and Birth Tissues (if applicable) in the Collection Kit/s available at such LifeCell Empanelled Hospital / Maternity Clinic.
