Employed Persons definition

Employed Persons means any persons below but only whilst employed and engaged by the INSURED and under their direct control and supervision:

In no event shall a Borrower Party (other than a Risk Retention Consultation Party if it is a Borrower Party) be considered a Privileged Person; provided that the foregoing shall not be applicable to, nor limit, an Excluded Controlling Class Holder’s right to access information with respect to any Mortgage Loan other than Excluded Information with respect to a related Excluded Controlling Class Mortgage Loan.   • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Aggrieved person is the person or persons making the claim.

  • Associated Persons means the directors, employees (whether full-time, part-time or casual), Related Bodies Corporate, agents, contractors, advisors and owners of Tabcorp and the Venue Operator, respectively, (as is applicable).

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Designated Employer Representative (DER) means a designated school district representative authorized to take immediate action to remove employees from safety-sensitive duties, to make required decisions in the testing and evaluation process, and to receive test results and other communications for the school district.

  • Exposed person means any person wholly or partially in a danger zone;

  • Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;

  • Authorized Company Representative means each person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, any Vice President or its Treasurer, together with its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary.
