Employee Incentive Plans definition

Employee Incentive Plans means the following: (i) the Mediacom Communications Corporation 2003 Incentive Plan and (ii) the Mediacom Communications Corporation 2010 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Employee Incentive Plans means all incentive compensation, stock award, stock option or stock purchase plans and equity compensation arrangements.

Non-Plan, the Siara Systems, Inc. 1998 Equity Incentive Plan the Merlin Systems Inc. 2000 Stock Plan and the Abatis Systems Corporation Key Employee Stock Option Plan), each as amended or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.
