Employee Representative Body definition
Employee Representative Body means any union, works council, or other agency or representative body certified or otherwise recognized for the purposes of bargaining collectively or established for the purposes of notification of or consultation on behalf of any employees.

Prior to the Distribution Date, the Parties (to the extent applicable) shall satisfy all legal or contractual requirements that may apply to them between the date of this Agreement and the Distribution Date to provide notice to, or to enter into any consultation or bargaining procedure with, any employee or any Employee Representative Body representing any employee, in connection with the Transactions.
To the extent applicable, each Party (and each of its respective Affiliates) agrees to cooperate and use its reasonable best efforts to assist the other Party in satisfying information and consultation obligations owed to any Employee Representative Body in relation to the Transactions.
