Employee Service definition

Employee Service means your Continuous Service as an Employee to the Company (and any successor) or an Affiliate.
Employee Service means all compensation and benefits, including insurance, provided by the City as an employer to its employees.
Employee Service means the duration of employment with Customer, its Affiliates or predecessors from an employee’s date of hire with Customer (or its Affiliate or predecessor) until the Hire Date as service with Service Provider.

  • The Parties therefore agree that on or before the Migration Date, Provider will discontinue its use of the Company Hardware located at the Employee Service Center and the Company Software residing on such Hardware.

  • If you are eligible for P&G’s retiree healthcare coverage as either a Regular Retiree or a Special Retiree as of your Last Day of Employment, you should contact the Employee Service Center before your extension of coverage ends to request retiree healthcare enrollment information.

  • The Regular Retired Employee Service Incurred or Non-Service Incurred Disabled Employee, or Dependent Family will receive information from the Human Resources staff regarding the continuation of coverage, the payment amount and payment due date, coverage limitations, etc.

  • For any Inactive Employee who is to become a Transitioned Employee, Service Provider shall make arrangements for such Inactive Employee’s return to work in accordance with the provisions of any applicable Laws and current Client leave policies as disclosed to Service Provider, including for maternity leave and disability leave.
