Employees previously employed means all the employees who were employed by the target undertaking prior to the implementation of the transaction;

Examples of Employees previously employed in a sentence

  • Employees previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer with less than two (2) years break in employment shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer.

  • Employees previously employed by a SEBB employer and eligible for SEBB coverage in the month prior to their first day of work will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they meet the eligibility requirements above.

  • Employees previously employed by a SEBB employer and eligible for SEBB coverage in the month prior to their first day of work will have uninterrupted benefits coverage if they meet the eligibility requirements above.

  • Employees previously employed by a SEBB employer and eligible for SEBB coverage in the month prior to their first day of work will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they meet the three (3) eligibility requirements set forth in the Eligibility section above.

  • Employees previously employed by another State of Ohio political subdivision shall also be entitled to a prior service credit for retirement, vacation and accumulated sick leave.

  • Employees previously employed by the Employer who return to employment with the Employer shall be placed on the wage scale at the step which reflects their previous hours of experience with the Employer and verifiable hours working as a home caregiver or certified nursing assistant in a long-term care or hospital setting.

  • Although Buyer shall be under no obligation to hire Employees previously employed by Seller, Buyer may, in its discretion, hire any or all of such employees as new employees of Buyer.

  • Employees previously employed by member municipalities and hired by the Employer for a newly acquired function shall be granted seniority equal to that acquired with their former employer but this seniority would be applicable to that function only as set out in the letters patent.

  • Employees previously employed by another political subdivision may also be entitled to a prior service credit.

  • Employees previously employed by a SEBB employer and eligible for SEBB coverage in the month prior to their first day of work will have uninterrupted benefit coverage if they meet the three (3) eligibility requirements set forth above in Eligibility section above.
