  • Key Employee acknowledges and agrees that the services to be rendered by Key Employee hereunder are of a special, unique and extraordinary character, that it would be difficult to replace such services and that any violation of Sections 6.06, 7, 8, or 9 hereof would be highly injurious to Employer and/or to any Employer Affiliate, and that it would be extremely difficult to compensate Employer and/or any Employer Affiliate fully for damages for any such violation.
