Employer Affiliate definition
Employer Affiliate means any entity controlled by, in control of, or under common control with, the Employer.
Employer Affiliate means any Affiliate of Manager that is the employer of any personnel that perform Manager’s obligations under this Agreement.
Employer Affiliate for purposes of this agreement shall mean any division, affiliate, subsidiary or other entity which has ▇▇▇▇▇ Beauty Holdings, Inc. (or its predecessor or successor) as the ultimate parent company. The list of Employer Affiliates currently includes, but is not limited to: ▇▇▇▇▇ Beauty Supply LLC, Beauty Systems Group LLC and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ L.P.
Examples of Employer Affiliate in a sentence
The Executive will return to the Employer all Employer Confidential Information and copies thereof and all other property of the Employer or any Employer Affiliate at any time upon the request of the Employer and in any event promptly after termination of the Executive’s employment.
The Employer’s obligation to make any payment pursuant to, and otherwise to perform its obligations under, this Agreement shall not be affected by any offset, counterclaim or other right that the Employer or any Employer Affiliate may have against him for any reason.
The Executive will not remove any Employer Confidential Information or any other property of the Employer or any Employer Affiliate from the Employer’s premises or make copies of such materials except for normal and customary use in the Employer’s business as determined reasonably and in good faith by the Executive.

Employee agrees that from the date of this Agreement and thereafter, without the express written consent of the Employer's President, Employee will not disclose to any person or entity or use for Employee's own account or for the benefit of any third party any Confidential Information(2), unless and only to the extent that such Confidential Information becomes generally known to and available for use by the public or in the trade other than as a result of the Employee's acts or inaction act or the wrongful act of any third party.
