Employment Classifications definition

Employment Classifications means the Employment Classifications set out in Part E of this Agreement.
Employment Classifications means the Employment Classifications set out in Section E of this Agreement. Experience in relation to a trainee enrolled nurse, enrolled nurse, or assistant in nursing/ midwifery means experience before and/or after the commencement of this Agreement whether within Australia or elsewhere and in the case of a trainee enrolled nurse, enrolled nurse or assistant in nursing/midwifery who was formerly a student nurse includes experience as such student nurse. Immediate family means, consistent with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth):
Employment Classifications mean those set out in Schedule A to this Agreement and shall apply as if they had been reproduced in full in this clause.

Examples of Employment Classifications in a sentence

  • The following employment classifications and definitions apply to this Agreement, do not apply to Nurses’ Employment Classifications and include but are not limited to: Physiotherapists, Dieticians and speech pathologists and diversional therapists.
