Employment Documentation definition

Employment Documentation means the Offer Letter, the Employee Confidentiality Agreement and the applicable Restricted Stock Unit Agreement (in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I for employees resident in Canada, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J for employees resident in the United States, or in the form attached hereto as Exhibit K for employees resident in the countries of the European Union).
Employment Documentation has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Employment Documentation is defined in Section 3.2(a)(iii).

  • The Employment Documentation with Principal Employees shall be in full force and effect, each Principal Employee shall be performing his or her duties under the Employment Documentation and no Principal Employee shall have resigned or provided notice of his or her resignation.

  • This Agreement supersedes, replaces, and merges all previous agreements and discussions relating to Executive’s employment relationship with the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Employment Documentation and constitutes the entire agreement between Executive and the Company.

  • The Purchaser and the Sellers agree that no more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) of the Final Purchase Price will be allocated in the aggregate to the restrictive covenants contained in Section 5.11 or that may be contained in the Employment Documentation and the parties shall and shall cause the Company and each of their Affiliates to file all Tax Returns in a manner consistent with such agreement.

  • There will be no set term of employment, and your employment will be at will, subject to the terms and conditions of the Employment Documentation.

  • Any Buyer Employment Documentation will be signed by the Buyer (or the applicable Subsidiary of the Buyer) and the applicable Identified Employee prior to the execution of this Agreement, and will become effective only upon the Closing occurring.

Employment Documentation has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Employment Documentation means: the Managing Director Agreement and any Statement of Terms and Conditions of Employment provided to you.
Employment Documentation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
