Enabled Vehicle definition

Enabled Vehicle means any DCC Vehicle with a factory-installed HTI Telematics Communicator and other Dedicated Components.
Enabled Vehicle means any MCG Vehicle which, at the time of such MCG Vehicle’s production, contains a factory-installed HTI Telematics Communicator or Other Telematics Communicator. An LCT Enabled Vehicle shall be deemed to be an Enabled Vehicle in the event that the LCT Communicator installed in such vehicle is replaced with an HTI Telematics Communicator or an Other Telematics Communicator. *** ***

  • HTI shall promptly notify MBUSA if HTI discovers or acquires actual knowledge from a source other than MBUSA of any performance issue affecting any part or system of the Enabled Vehicle or the LCT Enabled Vehicle, including the HTI Telematics Communicator, an Other Telematics Communicator or an LCT Communicator, that results from the MBUSA Specifications.

  • Exhibit G and the Technical Specifications may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time by mutual agreement between the Parties, *** HTI shall promptly notify DCC if HTI discovers or acquires actual knowledge from a source other than DCC of any performance issue affecting any part or system of the Enabled Vehicle, including the HTI Telematics Communicator and the other Dedicated Components, that results from the Technical Specifications.

  • Additionally, if an Enabled Vehicle Breach (as defined in Exhibit D-2) occurs, such event shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement by DCC.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or preclude HTI’s right or ability to provide any telematics services in any vehicle other than an MCG Vehicle or an LCT Enabled Vehicle on such terms and conditions as HTI determines in its sole discretion.

  • Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive the

  • Hybrid vehicle (HV) means a vehicle equipped with a powertrain containing at least two different categories of propulsion energy converters and at least two different categories of propulsion energy storage systems.

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Leased Vehicle means a new or used Nissan or Infiniti automobile, sport utility vehicle, minivan or light-duty truck, together with all accessories, parts and additions constituting a part thereof, and all accessions thereto, leased to a Lessee pursuant to a Lease.

  • Nonroad Vehicle means a vehicle that is powered by a Nonroad Engine, fifty horsepower and greater, and that is not a Motor Vehicle or a vehicle used solely for competition, which shall include, but not be limited to, excavators, backhoes, cranes, compressors, generators, bulldozers and similar equipment, except that this term shall not apply to horticultural maintenance vehicles used for landscaping purposes that are powered by a Nonroad Engine of sixty-five horsepower or less and that are not used in any construction program or project.

  • Used vehicle means a Vehicle other than a New Vehicle.

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • Tank vehicle means a commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or gaseous materials within a tank or tanks having an individual rated capacity of more than one hundred nineteen gallons and an aggregate rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is either permanently or temporarily attached to the vehicle or chassis. A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • Reconstructed vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title

  • Matured Vehicle as of any date means any Leased Vehicle the related Lease of which has reached its Maturity Date or has been terminated in connection with a Lessee Initiated Early Termination (and the Lessee is not in default under such Lease) or in connection with a Casualty Termination, which Leased Vehicle has been returned to the Servicer on behalf of the Titling Trust, if applicable.

  • Rebuilt vehicle means any salvage vehicle which has been rebuilt and inspected for the purpose of registration and title;

  • Replica vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title not fully

  • Abandoned vehicle means any of the following:

  • Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • Fleet Vehicle means one of a large group of New Vehicles sold to a Person (e.g., a rental car agency) which purchases in excess of ten (10) Vehicles per purchase contract for commercial use.

  • Heavy Vehicle has the meaning given to it in the HNVL.

  • Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;

  • Articulated vehicle means a vehicle with three or more axles, comprising a power unit (called tractor, prime-mover etc.) and semi-trailer which is superimposed on the power unit and coupled together by means of a kingpin revolving on a turn-table and is an articulated vehicle whether automatically detachable or permanently coupled, but this definition does not apply to 2 axle log loaders.
