Encashment Value definition

Encashment Value means the Contribution Amount plus the Registered Holder’s share of Total Profits or the Contribution Amount less the Registered Holder’s share of the loss, as applicable;
Encashment Value means the bid value of all the Account Units on the next Valuation Day, subject to the provisions set out in Clause 3.4. Endorsement means a written document issued by Metis to record and confirm amendments made to the terms of the Plan.
Encashment Value means the Policy Value less the Encashment fee, if any, and the accumulated charges and other fees of the Policy

  • No interest is payable in respect of Encashment Value whatsoever.

More Definitions of Encashment Value

Encashment Value means the bid value of all the Account Units on the next available Valuation Day, subject to the provisions set out in Clause 4.2. endorsement means a supplemental deed to be entered into between you and Metis from time to time for the purpose of making any amendments made to the terms of the Trust Plan. Exit Charge shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 7.3

  • Agreement Value means, for each Hedge Agreement, on any date of determination, an amount determined by the Administrative Agent equal to: (a) in the case of a Hedge Agreement documented pursuant to the Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) published by the International Swap and Derivatives Association, Inc. (the “Master Agreement”), the amount, if any, that would be payable by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries to its counterparty to such Hedge Agreement, as if (i) such Hedge Agreement was being terminated early on such date of determination, (ii) such Loan Party or Subsidiary was the sole “Affected Party”, and (iii) the Administrative Agent was the sole party determining such payment amount (with the Administrative Agent making such determination pursuant to the provisions of the form of Master Agreement); or (b) in the case of a Hedge Agreement traded on an exchange, the xxxx-to-market value of such Hedge Agreement, which will be the unrealized loss on such Hedge Agreement to the Loan Party or Subsidiary of a Loan Party party to such Hedge Agreement determined by the Administrative Agent based on the settlement price of such Hedge Agreement on such date of determination, or (c) in all other cases, the xxxx-to-market value of such Hedge Agreement, which will be the unrealized loss on such Hedge Agreement to the Loan Party or Subsidiary of a Loan Party party to such Hedge Agreement determined by the Administrative Agent as the amount, if any, by which (i) the present value of the future cash flows to be paid by such Loan Party or Subsidiary exceeds (ii) the present value of the future cash flows to be received by such Loan Party or Subsidiary pursuant to such Hedge Agreement; capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this definition shall have the respective meanings set forth in the above described Master Agreement.

  • Replacement Value means the price, including accrued interest, at which Equivalent Securities to the Borrowed Securities could be purchased in the principal market for such securities at the time of election by State Street under Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Current Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Settlement Value means the amount which the holder of a Contract may receive for a Contract held until Expiration. The Settlement Value of a Binary Contract is $100.   • Hedge Termination Value means, in respect of any one or more Hedge Agreements, after taking into account the effect of any legally enforceable netting agreement relating to such Hedge Agreements, (a) for any date on or after the date such Hedge Agreements have been closed out and termination value(s) determined in accordance therewith, such termination value(s), and (b) for any date prior to the date referenced in clause (a), the amount(s) determined as the xxxx-to-market value(s) for such Hedge Agreements, as determined based upon one or more mid-market or other readily available quotations provided by any recognized dealer in such Hedge Agreements (which may include a Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender).

  • Net Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(a)(ii).

  • Net salvage value means the salvage value of property retired less the cost of removal.

  • Contribution Value means the fair market value as reasonably determined by the General Partner of property (other than cash) contributed by a Partner to the Partnership (net of liabilities secured by such contributed property that the Partnership is treated as assuming or taking subject to pursuant to the provisions of Section 752 of the Code).

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.

  • Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Salvage value means the amount received for property retired, less any expenses incurred in connection with the sale or in preparing the property for sale, or, if retained, the amount at which the material recoverable is chargeable to materials and supplies, or other appropriate account.

  • Derivatives Termination Value means, in respect of any one or more Derivatives Contracts, after taking into account the effect of any legally enforceable netting agreement relating to such Derivatives Contracts, (a) for any date on or after the date such Derivatives Contracts have been closed out and termination value(s) determined in accordance therewith, such termination value(s), and (b) for any date prior to the date referenced in clause (a) the amount(s) determined as the xxxx-to-market value(s) for such Derivatives Contracts, as determined based upon one or more mid-market or other readily available quotations provided by any recognized dealer in such Derivatives Contracts (which may include the Agent or any Lender).

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Fair Market Sales Value means with respect to any property or service as of any date, the cash rent or cash price obtainable in an arm's length lease, sale or supply, respectively, between an informed and willing lessee or purchaser under no compulsion to lease or purchase and an informed and willing lessor or seller or supplier under no compulsion to lease or sell or supply of the property or service in question, and shall, in the case of any Unit Interest or an Owner Lessor's Interest, be determined (except pursuant to Section 17 of the Facility Lease or as otherwise provided below or in the Operative Documents) on the basis that (i) the conditions contained in Sections 7 and 8 of the Facility Lease shall have been complied with in all respects, (ii) the lessee or buyer shall have rights in, or an assignment of, the Operative Documents to which the Owner Lessor is a party and the obligations relating thereto, (iii) the Unit Interest or the Owner Lessor's Interest, as the case may be, is free and clear of all Liens (other than Owner Lessor's Liens, Owner Participant's Liens and Indenture Trustee's Liens), (iv) taking into account the remaining term of the Site Lease and Sublease, and (v) in the case the Fair Market Rental Value, taking into account the terms of the Facility Lease and the other Operative Documents. If the Fair Market Sales Value of the Owner Lessor's Interest is to be determined during the continuance of a Lease Event of Default or in connection with the exercise of remedies by the Owner Lessor pursuant to Section 17 of the Facility Lease, such value shall be determined by an appraiser appointed solely by the Owner Lessor on an "as-is", "where-is" and "with all faults" basis and shall take into account all Liens (other than Owner Lessor's Liens, Owner Participant's Liens and Indenture Trustee's Liens); provided, however, in any such case where the Owner Lessor shall be unable to obtain constructive possession sufficient to realize the economic benefit of the Owner Lessor's Interest, Fair Market Sales Value of the Owner Lessor's Interest shall be deemed equal to $0. If in any case other than in the preceding sentence the parties are unable to agree upon a Fair Market Sales Value of the Owner Lessor's Interest within 30 days after a request therefor has been made, the Fair Market Sales Value of the Owner Lessor's Interest shall be determined by appraisal pursuant to the Appraisal Procedures. Any fair market value determination of a Severable Modification shall take into consideration any liens or encumbrances to which the Severable Modification being appraised is subject and which are being assumed by the transferee.

  • Gross Heating Value means the total heat expressed in megajoules per cubic metre (MJ/m³) produced by the complete combustion at constant pressure of one (1) cubic metre of gas with air, with the gas free of water vapour and the temperature of the gas, air and products of combustion at standard temperature and all water formed by the combustion reaction condensed to the liquid state;

  • Discounted present value means the present value of future payments determined by discounting the payments to the present using the most recently published applicable federal rate for determining the present value of an annuity, as issued by the internal revenue service.

  • Gross Fair Market Value means the value of the assets of the Company, or the value of the assets being disposed of, determined without regard to any liabilities associated with such assets.

  • Agreed Value of any Contributed Property means the fair market value of such property or other consideration at the time of contribution as determined by the General Partner. The General Partner shall use such method as it determines to be appropriate to allocate the aggregate Agreed Value of Contributed Properties contributed to the Partnership in a single or integrated transaction among each separate property on a basis proportional to the fair market value of each Contributed Property.
