Enclosed Areas definition

Enclosed Areas means all areas between a floor and a ceiling, extending to the outer perimeter walls of a structure.
Enclosed Areas means all space between the floor and ceiling which is enclosed on all sides by solid walls or windows (exclusive of door or passageways) which extend from the floor to the ceiling, including all space therein screened by partitions which do not extend to the ceiling or are not solid, “office landscaping” or similar structures.
Enclosed Areas means facilities designed with a solid roof and walls, closable windows and/or doors on all sides, covering more than 50 percent of the combined surface area

  • If the equipment provided as part of the Work, including equipment in Enclosed Areas, is contaminated by Airborne Contaminants generated by the Work, the Contractor will restore the contaminated equipment and any other equipment or surfaces to their pre-contaminated states or replace the affected equipment if restoration is not possible.

  • If the Contractor fails to maintain the air quality in Enclosed Areas within the air quality thresholds described in Section 01 51 01 [Construction Heating and Ventilation] of Appendix 6-2 [Technical Specifications], the Contractor will remediate such to the satisfaction of the Hydro’s Representative.

  • Hydro’s Representative may take routine air quality measurements within Enclosed Areas at the discretion of the Hydro’s Representative during the Work.


More Definitions of Enclosed Areas

Enclosed Areas means the unit, the courtyard or part of the common propertythat is fenced off with a gate. “Estate Agent” means an approved person who sells and rents out property for clients at an agreed price / commission. The term “Estate Agent” will include an auctioneer. “guilty of” or any words to that effect in the Memorandum of Incorporation or the Rules means a finding and / or determination as more fully explained in these rules and under “Annexure B”. “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Bronberg Retirement Estate Home Owners Association NPC elected by its Members and nominated by the Developer for the duration of the development, from time to time in office. “Housing Development Scheme” means the sectional title scheme known as Bronberg Retirement Estate “Levies” means all contributions levied from time to time by the Directors upon Members for the purpose of meeting all the expenses which the Company has incurred or which the Directors reasonably anticipate the Company will incur in the attainment of its objects and the pursuit of its business, and as more fully stipulated in the definition clause and Memorandum of Incorporation. “Licensed Driver” means a person holding a valid driver’s license authorising him /her to drive a motorised vehicle on a public road. “Managing Agent” means any qualified and authorised person or body appointed by the Company as an independent contractor from time to time to assist the Company with the collection of levies, arranging of meetings and administrative arrangements not dealt with by the staff of the Company. “Member” means the person who is reflected in the Deeds Registry of the relevant Deeds Office as the registered Owner of a Unit in the Bronberg Retirement Estate. “Member” will include a person or persons representing that Member by proxy in terms of the Act and the Memorandum of Incorporation. A director of a company, member of a close corporation, or trustee of a trust or similar office bearer acting for the Owner recorded in the Deeds Registry of Bronberg Retirement Estate property will be regarded as the deemed representative of such a legal entity. “Memorandum ofIncorporation” (“MOI”) means the Memorandum of Incorporation of the Company as amended. “NHBRC” National Home Builders Registration Council established under the Housing Consumers Protection Act 95 of 1998. “Noxious Flora” means an aggressive growing weed injurious to the eco system.
