Encroachment Area definition

Encroachment Area is defined in Section 2.2.
Encroachment Area means those areas within Poydras Street, Convention Center Boulevard, South ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, Lafayette Street, ▇▇▇▇▇ Street and Canal Street and adjacent sidewalks and rights of ways upon which the Improvements encroach as generally described in Exhibit "A-6" attached to this Lease and made a part hereof.
Encroachment Area is defined in Section 4.4(a). "Encroachment Area Charge" is defined in Section 4.4(a).

Examples of Encroachment Area in a sentence

  • If Tenant uses or occupies such Encroachment Area for a fractional month, then the Encroachment Area Charge for such period shall be prorated based on a thirty (30) day month.

  • The parties agree that the charges associated with each inspection of the Encroachment Area, delivery of each Notice to Vacate and survey of the Encroachment Area represent a fair and reasonable estimate of the administrative cost and expense which Port will incur by reason of Port's inspection of the Premises, issuance of each Notice to Vacate and survey of the Encroachment Area.

  • In the event Port determines during subsequent inspection(s) that Tenant has failed to vacate the Encroachment Area, then Tenant shall pay to Port, as Additional Rent, an amount equaling Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for each additional Notice to Vacate, if applicable, delivered by Port to Tenant following each inspection.

More Definitions of Encroachment Area

Encroachment Area means the portion of the Easement Area upon which the Encroachment is permitted to sit pursuant to the terms of this Agreement but only as depicted on Exhibit A.
