Ending Price Adjustment definition

Ending Price Adjustment means an adjustment made by the Calculation Agent to an Underlying Equity Security's initial Ending Price due to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event three Business Days prior to the Stated Maturity Date. An Ending Price Adjustment shall adjust such initial Ending Price, once such Market Disruption Event ceases to exist, to equal the Average Execution Price received upon the sale of that Underlying Equity Security.
