Endorsement on Addition of Rider definition

Endorsement on Addition of Rider means the letter issued by the Company on any Policy Anniversary date to which this Rider Policy is attached to and forms part of this policy.

  • Endorsement means a written endorsement issued by Us on the Schedule to record any changes to the applicable terms and conditions of this Policy or the details contained in the Schedule. Endorsements shall form a part of this Policy and shall be binding on You and Us.
