  • For any Fixed Rate Energy, Customer acknowledges that RITERATE ENERGY may automatically renew this Agreement for successive equivalent terms as per the initial Agreement, and unless either party notifies the other party of its desire to cancel prior to the date of expiration, the Agreement will renew for a further term as specified in the Renewal Notice.
