Examples of Energy Unit Savings in a sentence
The Average Energy Unit Savings will be applied to all subsequent Measurement Periods to determine the Energy Unit Savings for each remaining Measurement Period.
If information for the relevant Measurement Period is supplied at a later date, the Energy Unit Savings will be modified only if and to the extent that the calculated savings for such period exceed the Projected Energy Savings for such period.
The Energy Unit Savings (kWh) shall be the sum of the calculated annual unit consumption savings for each retrofit.
The following details the methodologies and calculations to be used in determining the Energy Unit Savings under this Contract.
After applying such Average Energy Unit Savings for each subsequent Measurement Period and calculating the resulting EC Savings, if the sum of (i) such calculated EC Savings for any future Measurement Period plus (ii) the Annual M&V Fee for such Measurement Period is greater than the Guaranteed Savings for that Measurement Period, then such excess will be Excess Savings and the Savings Guarantee will have been met for that Measurement Period.
Energy Use Savings will be calculated by Chevron Energy Solutions as the product of (i) the Energy Unit Savings multiplied by (ii) the greater of (a) the applicable Base Energy Rate or (b) the applicable Actual Energy Rate.
If Manhattan Beach USD fails to notify Chevron Energy Solutions of changes in Energy Use Factors or fails to supply Chevron Energy Solutions in a timely manner with information that is requested by Chevron Energy Solutions for the calculation of EC Savings, the Energy Unit Savings for the relevant Measurement Period will be deemed equal to the corresponding Projected Energy Savings for such period.
For any Measurement Period beginning with the fifth (5th) Measurement Period, upon completion of that Measurement Period’s Energy Savings Report, Chevron Energy Solutions has the right to calculate the Average Energy Unit Savings which have occurred over all previous Measurement Periods.
