Enforcement Procedure definition

Enforcement Procedure means Council's procedure concerning the waiver, deferral, recovery and enforcement of the Environmental Upgrade Charge and any other charge declared under section 181C of the Local Government Act (by any means) as at the date of this agreement, as set out in Annexure D and as amended in accordance with clause 5.8.

  • If the Employer does not accept the Association claim, the decision of the Employer shall remain in effect pending a determination under the Contract Enforcement Procedure.
