Engagement Contract definition

Engagement Contract means any contract for the engagement of an Insured Member approved by the Canadian Actors’ Equity Association for work within their jurisdiction and for which premiums are required.

Engagement Contract means the engagement contract between the Client and the Practice. The Practice is stated in the Engagement Letter and Statement of Work. If a subsequent Statement of Work is issued by another Practice, a separate Engagement Contract arises between the Client and that other Practice.

  • All parties to this Engagement Contract agree that any confidential information received from the other parties shall only be used for the purposes of providing or receiving Services under this or any other contract between us.

  • This amount shall be deposited with Equity in cash, by Letter of Credit (using sample wording agreed to by Equity and PACT), or an Equity approved Bond Insurance Program surety prior to issuing any CTA Engagement Contract for the season, which shall be maintained for the duration of the season, and released on request following the conclusion of the final production subject to Clause 33:03.

  • The Artist further represents that no breach of the CTA or any CTA Engagement Contract remains unsettled.
