ENGAGEMENT COST definition
ENGAGEMENT COST means the amount set out in Item 4 of the Schedule and is made up of a remuneration package including cash payments and non cash payments and benefits (for the avoidance of doubt this does not include performance-based bonuses referred to in clause 4.2) provided to the Contractor in accordance with clause 4 and includes any applicable taxation payable on the components of the remuneration package (whether income tax or otherwise);
