Engagement Period means the period beginning on May 9, 2022, and ending on the earlier of (i) twelve (12) months from the date of such date, (ii) the final closing, if any, of the Offering, or (iii) the date that either party to this Agreement gives the other party to this Agreement at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of termination of that certain engagement letter agreement by and between the Company and the Representative, dated as of May 9, 2022.

The Representative will provide a list of investors at the conclusion of the Engagement Period that were introduced to the Company during the Engagement Period and only these investors will be eligible for the compensation specified in this section.
More Definitions of Engagement Period
Engagement Period means the period beginning on September 29, 2021, and ending on the earlier of (i) twelve (12) months from the date of such date, (ii) the final closing, if any, of the Offering, or (iii) the date that either party to this Agreement gives the other party to this Agreement at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of termination of that certain engagement letter agreement by and between the Company and the Representative, dated as of September 29, 2021. For the avoidance of doubt, this provision shall not apply to Jupiter Gold Corporation and Apollo Resources Corporation, both of which are non-U.S. entities in which the Company has an ownership stake. In addition, this provision shall not apply to the Company Carve Outs.
Engagement Period means the period beginning on the date of the final closing of the Offering and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months from the date of the final closing of the Offering.

Engagement Period means the period from the date of the Assignment Agreement and ending on the earlier of (x) the Closing Date or (y) December 31, 2024. In the event the Offering is terminated for cause as specified in Section 10, in compliance with FINRA Rule 5110(g), the Company shall not be obligated to pay the fees provided in this Section 4(r).
Engagement Period shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.18.
