Engine Maintenance Program definition

Engine Maintenance Program means that certain Maintenance Cost Per Hour (“MCPH”) Engine Services Agreement dated as of October 25, 2007 between General Electric Company (“GE”) and [Bristow Group] . . . or such other similar engine maintenance program from GE or another similar program provider (which such other program shall not be on a pro rata basis, and such other program and the provider thereof must be acceptable to Lessor in its reasonable discretion); and upon return, consistent with the requirements of paragraph (f)(ii) of the Return Addendum.” Doc. 1-1 at 27 (emphasis added).
Engine Maintenance Program means the Engines’ and APU power by the hour engine maintenance program provided by the engines’ manufacturer or by Jet Support Services, Inc.). All maintenance procedures shall be performed by properly trained, licensed, and certified maintenance sources and personnel utilizing replacement parts approved by the FAA and the manufacturer of (as applicable) the Aircraft or any part thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, GCI shall comply with all mandatory service bulletins and airworthiness directives by causing compliance to such bulletins and/or directives to be completed through corrective modification in lieu of operating manual restrictions.
Engine Maintenance Program means an agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Sublessor entered into from time to time between Sublessee and such vendor as Sublessee may designate and as may be reasonably satisfactory to Sublessor, which provides for the maintenance and/or overhaul of the Engines consistent with the Engine manufacturer’s service program.

  • In the event the Client desires to up- grade to another AEPC™ PistonPower™ Airframe or Engine Maintenance Program Agreement at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Client shall provide writ- ten notice to AEPC™ requesting the upgrade.

More Definitions of Engine Maintenance Program

Engine Maintenance Program or “EMP” means a “power by the hour” engine maintenance program with a Manufacturer approved maintenance facility governing the maintenance of the Engines installed on the Aircraft at the time of Delivery.
