Engine Price definition

Engine Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.3 of the AGTA.
Engine Price is the price set forth below and in Exhibit D established by the Engine manufacturer for the Engines installed on the Aircraft including all accessories, equipment and parts.

More Definitions of Engine Price

Engine Price means the purchase price corresponding to each Engine listed in Exhibit A or, in respect of a Substitute Engine, such price as is agreed pursuant to Section 5.5(c).
