Engineer/ PMC/AMC definition
Engineer/ PMC/AMC means the person from the PMC for the purposes of the contract or any person appointed by the AMC from time to time and notified to the contractor under the contract.

Architect/Engineer means the individual, individuals, and or firm identified as the “Architect- Engineer” in the preamble of Contract executed by and between the District and the Architect- Engineer for the Project.
